Oranges have long been considered a special treat at Christmastime. Years ago when oranges were costly and scarce during the winter, they were a highly appreciated delicacy. Santa often left these sweet fruits in the toe of a child’s Christmas stocking as a simple but much-treasured gift.

The Christmas Orange reminds us that a simple gift, chosen with Care and given in Love, is the greatest gift any of us can give. From December 2 – 30, the Earth & Stars Discussion group will focus on the topic of giving Love in the simplest ways during the holiday season.  The group meets Sunday mornings at 9:15 AM in the Great Room conference room.  Refreshments are provided and child care is always available.  Everyone is welcome to join!

​DOWN TO EARTH, YET STAR GAZING
The Sunday morning discussion group meeting in the conference room off the GREAT Room each Sunday at 9:15 am is forging forward toward 2019! Even if you haven't joined the group before or if it's been a while since you attended, you are invited to meet with the group for some "big talk" (as opposed to just "small talk") about how each of us can grow and guide others in the Love of God and community through meaningful, intentional relationships and personal development.
