SANCTUARY YOGA
Once monthly, Trinity offers a community restorative yoga class for all levels. This yoga practice incorporates use of the padded pews, chairs and even hymnals as props. Our almost 150-year-old historic space allows you to experience this spiritual practice in a serene and calm space, flanked in hand carved wood, grand chandeliers, and towering stained glass windows. This event is a respite from the noise and hustle and bustle of daily life that is sure to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
This is open to anyone in the community and it is a pay-what-you-can format, making this practice accessible to all. Money raised from each practice is donated to a Trinity-supported local charity.
